In addition to hands on experience of creating business verticals from scratch, managing large teams at pan India level and implementing business transformation through technology, he has headed strategy & planning and products & marketing functions for banks. He is passionate about increasing access to formal finance for the ‘missing middle’ and sees it as a challenge & an opportunity.
