He has more than two decades of experience in the banking and financial sector. He has worked with Cholamandalam, GE Capital and DCB Bank in the past. In 2009 he co–founded Suryoday Microfinance, a leading MFI institute in India. Post his successful exit from his first entrepreneurial venture, he has ventured into a credit driven BC (Business Correspondent) company with primary focus on financial inclusion.

Managing Director
Bhaskar is the Managing Director of Crescendo Finserve Private limited and has nearly two decades of experience in the field of rural finance and market spanning across reputed organization like National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), ICICI Bank, YES Bank etc. Since the beginning of his career, he has been instrumental in building businesses and has been credited with some of the best and pioneering initiatives in the field of rural finance and market.
